Avocado Bean Dip

The consistency is similar to hummus - perfect for dipping chips or veggies
- 1 can (15 oz.) white kidney or cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. chipotle hot pepper sauce (if desired)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin

Whole Grain Muffin - Create your own!

Create-a-muffin using our suggestions, and then create your own! Add leftover cooked corn for a dinner muffin
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup bran cereal
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup molasses or honey
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup Quaker Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned), uncooked
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt, if desired
Grilled Chicken Breasts with Georgia Peach Salsa

1. Heat grill. In medium bowl, combine peaches, lime juice and brown sugar; mix well

- Salsa
- 1 cup chopped peeled ripe peaches
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
- 1 tablespoon minced jalapeño chile pepper
- Dash salt
- Chicken
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

COMBINE stuffing mix, meat, egg and water
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Turkey
- 1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 green peppers, cut into strips
- 4 cups spaghetti sauce
- 1 pkg. (1 lb.) spaghetti
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
Cherry Almond Pie

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 to 1 tsp. almond extract

Sourdough and sausage dressing

- 8 cups stale Sourdough bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 pound bulk Italian sausage
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 ribs of celery, diced
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped and toasted
- 1 quart chicken broth
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, chopped

Pure White Icing

- Ingredients:
- Feel free to double this recipe when needed
- 1 1/4 cups of vegetable shortening
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 lbs. sifted powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cool water
- 2 tbs corn syrup
- 2 tsp clear vanilla flavoring
- 2 tsp butter flavoring
