In a mixing bowl combine masa and warm water or broth until combined
- 6 cups masa harina
- 5 cups warm water or low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups lard
- 3 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoon cumin
- 3 tablespoon chile powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
Fried Rice

Directions In a skillet, saute onion in butter until tender
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
