- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups Arborio or other short-grain rice (see Note)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 3 1/2 cups canned low-salt chicken or vegetable broth
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces cremini or button mushrooms, quartered
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 can (20 oz.) DOLE Crushed Pineapple in Juice, undrained
- 1 pkg (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1 (10 oz.) round angel food cake, cut into 3 layers
- l cup fresh strawberries

- MIX pineapple and dry pudding mix. Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
- STACK cake layers on plate, spreading pudding mixture between layers and on top of cake.
- REFRIGERATE 1 hour. Top with berries.
