- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil (EVOO or oil of choice)
- 1/4 cup COLD water (or more depending on desired consistency)
- CUSTARD
- 4 eggs
- 1 can carnation milk or 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 TBSP flour
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (swiss, cheddar, mozzarella - depending on fillings)
- FILLINGS
- Examples - broccoli, spinach, asparagus etc. etc. etc.
Chickpea Salad With Lemon Yogurt Dressing
