Slow Cooker Meatball And Dumpling Stew

1. Mix ground beef, egg, chopped onion, bread crumbs, Worcestershire, salt and milk together
- For Soup
- 1 package dehydrated onion soup mix
- 6 cups hot water
- 1 can cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom (and then add 1 stalk of celery)
- 2 to 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 pound (or 1 can) green beans
- 1 can sliced tomatoes, or 1 medium sliced fresh tomato
- 1 cup Bisquick (or similar biscuit mix)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- For Meatballs
- 1 pound hamburger or ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, chopped (about 1/3 cup)
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk
Lemonade Chex Mix

Pour cereal into a large bowl and then set aside
- 9 cups rice Chex
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 4 tsp lemon zest
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Apple Crunch Pupcakes (Dog Treats)

- 1/4 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
- 2/3 cup of water
- 1/8 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 4 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup dried apple chips (unsweetened)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 medium egg
Curried Carrot Soup

This is a wonderful fragrant soup for a cold winter dinner
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 lb carrots sliced, peeled and sliced into rounds
- 1 small onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp ginger root
- 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 oz soft tofu cut into 1 inch chunks
Baked Pumpkin with Mixed Rice Pilaf

Preheat oven to 375 F. Cut off the top of the pumpkin
- 1 x6 lb pumpkin, or several small winter squash
- 1 1/2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 3 3/4 cups water
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1/2 cup wild rice
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 small tart apples, cored and diced
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped and toasted (optional)
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon, or more to taste
- 3 Tbsp apple cider
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- dash of nutmeg
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup icing sugar

- 6 cups low-sodium vegetable broth, divided
- 2 cups frozen corn kernels
- 1 x15 oz can Garbanzo Beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
- 2 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp dried rubbed sage
- 1 Tbs dried marjoram
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 x16 oz package pot pie or egg noodles
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp whole-wheat flour
- 4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed

- 12 apples (peeled, cored, and sliced)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup*
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp whole wheat pastry flour or brown rice flour
- If you are serving along side something sweet (like ice cream), use 1/4 cup maple syrup. If the crisp will be served on its own, use 1/2 cup.
- Topping
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour or brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
