Rosemary Bread (Macaroni Grill Bread)

People sometimes get intimidated by making homemade bread
- 1 Tbs. Dry Yeast
- 1 Tbs. Sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 1/2 cups white flour, divided
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp dried rosemary, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- Kosher salt
Double Berry Apple Pie

In a large bowl mix apples with lemon juice and zest
- 2 pie crusts (regular or with almond or coconut flour)
- 6 gala apples, peeled and sliced
- juice and zest of one lemon
- 1 T. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 T. agave nectar (or honey)
- 3 T. flour (or coconut flour for Paleo)
- 1 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen if drained well)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen if drained well)

Preparation Instructions To make the crust, preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Ingredients
- 25 whole Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
- 4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 1 cup (generous) Raspberries
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 containers (6 Ounce Each) Raspberry Yogurt
- 1 package (3.4 Ounch) Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- Extra Raspberries For Garnish

1. Cream cream cheese and sugar together
- 2 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese (I have used the lowfat version also and it works fine)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- vanilla wafers or oreo cookies
- 18 cupcake liners
- pie filling (I like cherry or blueberry) or fresh fruit

Chocolate Mint Brownie Pie

In a large saucepan, melt butter and chocolate
- CRUST:
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- FILLING:
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Green food coloring, optional
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
- Additional whipped topping and chocolate chips, optional

For the cheesecake: Position a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat to 325 degrees F
- Cheesecake:
- 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
- 1 1/2 pounds cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups creamy peanut butter

- 5 tablespoons vegetable shortening
- 12 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

For a richer custard, you can add up to 3 more egg yolks
- 1 * 1 cup (250ml) whole milk
- * A pinch of salt
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup (150g) sugar
- 1 * 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise

- 5 * 5 large egg yolks
- 1 * 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Working with 3 cupcakes at a time, spread yellow frosting on top of each
- For these simply line up a trio of jelly bean-studded cupcakes to resemble corn on the cob and top with butter pats made of fruit chews. It’s a novelty cupcake recipe sure to impress.
- Ingredients
- 24 vanilla cupcakes baked in white paper liners
- 1 (16-ounce) can vanilla frosting
- Yellow food color
- 3-1/2 About 3-1/2 cups small jelly beans in assorted yellow, cream and white colors (such as Jelly Belly)
- 4 pieces yellow fruit chews (such as Laffy Taffy, Starburst)
- 1 tablespoon each black and white decorating sugars (see Note)
- 8 sets corn holders
- Instructions
- Tint vanilla frosting pale yellow with the food color.
