- 2/3 cup shortening
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
Toasted Mallow-Caramel Cookies

For caramel: Unwrap roughly 20-25 caramels and put in saucepan with 2 tbs canned milk
- For the cookie mix together:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease cookie sheets
- 1 german chocolate cake mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on greased cookie sheets and into the oven for 6-8 minutes.
