  • 3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 12 pieces)
  • 3/4 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. salsa
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • Trim off any visible fat from chicken. Arrange thighs in a single layer in a 9"x13" baking dish. Set aside.
