  • COCONUT FILLING:
  • 2 egg whites / dash salt
  • Beat egg whites and salt till foamy;
  • Add:
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • Beat to form stiff peaks.
  • Stir in 2 cups coconut
  • CHOCOLATE CAKE:
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 - 3 oz. Instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 eggs + 2 egg yolks
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • Put half batter in greased Bundt pan; then coconut layer; then rest of batter.
  • Bake @ 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.

Whip 2 cups cream. Put over cake

  • Bake a Chocolate Cake Mix as directed. (I use Devil's Food Cake)
  • Immediately after removing from oven poke holes in cake with the end of a wooden spoon.
  • Pour 1 can sweetened condensed milk over entire cake. Pour 1/2 cup caramel sauce over the entire cake.
  • Let set & cool overnight.
