Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (190 degrees C)

- 1 cup packed brown sugar

- 3/4 cup chopped peeled tart apple
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh or frozen peaches
- 1/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Beef Taco Bake Recipe

- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup

- 3 to 3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
- 1-1/4 cups fat-free milk
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted, divided
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon each dried parsley flakes, thyme, and rosemary, crushed
Honey Spice Snaps

Sift flour, salt, cinnamon, soda, ginger and cloves together
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 egg

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid
- Yield: 1 1/2 cups (360 ml)
- Speed: Variable
- Time: 10-15 seconds
- 8 ounce package (277 g) nonfat or light cream cheese
- 7 ounce jar (200 g) marshmallow creme
Chocolate Coconut Cake

TOPPING: 1 pkg. instant pudding 1 cup milk 1 cup whipping cream (whipped) or 2 cups Cool Whip
- COCONUT FILLING:
- 2 egg whites / dash salt
- Beat egg whites and salt till foamy;
- Add:
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Beat to form stiff peaks.
- Stir in 2 cups coconut
- CHOCOLATE CAKE:
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 - 3 oz. Instant chocolate pudding
- 2 eggs + 2 egg yolks
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup oil
- Put half batter in greased Bundt pan; then coconut layer; then rest of batter.
- Bake @ 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
Skor Bar Cake

Whip 2 cups cream. Put over cake
- Bake a Chocolate Cake Mix as directed. (I use Devil's Food Cake)
- Immediately after removing from oven poke holes in cake with the end of a wooden spoon.
- Pour 1 can sweetened condensed milk over entire cake. Pour 1/2 cup caramel sauce over the entire cake.
- Let set & cool overnight.
