Frozen Dessert....great for summer!
- CRUST:
- 1 1/3 cups Oreo Crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Stir crumbs, melted butter and sugar together to make crust. Bake 4-5 minutes @ 350 degrees.
- FILLING:
- 1/2 - 1 cup Icing Sugar
- 1 - 8-oz pkg. Cream Cheese
- Beat together then add:
- 1 large tub Cool Whip
- 1 can drained pineapple
- Refrigerate or freeze.
