NO Dough Pizza

1 Preheat oven to 350. 2 Lightly spay a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (may need more to cover crust)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- pepperoni or ham or sausage or mushrooms or bell pepper, etc
Santa Fe Chicken Casserole

HEAT oven to 375ºF. COMBINE first 4 ingredients in large bowl
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, drained
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tub (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Santa Fe Blend Cooking Creme, divided
- 3 flour tortillas (6 inch)
- 3/4 cup Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided
Mexican Fried Chicken

In a large bowl, whisk honey and vinegar
- 3/4 cup honey, plus more for drizzling
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders, halved crosswise
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken wings, separated into drumettes and wingettes
- Salt and pepper
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon ground ancho chiles or chili powder

Wild Rice with Cranberries

- 12 oz. chicken stock
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 6 oz. brown rice
- 1 stalk celery, miced
- 1 Tbs. butter
- 1 c. apple cider
- 6 oz. wild rice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 oz. dry white wine
- 2 oz. dried cranberries
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 lge eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon (I prefer 1 TB.)
- 4 &41/2 c. old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
- 1 &1/2 c. chocolate chips or dried cranberries
Spice Roasted Vegetables with Mixed Grains

Preheat the oven to 325 F
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cardamom
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, divided use
- 3 carrots, peeled and quartered lengthwise
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thick slices
- 5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 cup brown basmati rice, rinsed
- 1/2 cup bulgur wheat
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1 quart vegetable broth or water

- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 tsp butter
- 1/4 cup peas
- 1 lb Rigatoni pasta, cooked according to package

- 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
