- 1 head cauliflower
- 4 thyme sprigs
- 4 unpeeled garlic cloves
- 3 Tbs olive oil

Bacon and Cheese Deviled Eggs

Halve eggs lengthwise and remove yolks
- 12 hard-cooked eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon honey mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled (optional)
- Chopped green onion (optional)
Black Bean Pumpkin Chicken Chili (Crock Pot)

Put all ingredients in crock pot
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red or yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can pumpkin
- 2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes, with juice
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 2-3 cups cooked, chopped chicken
- Add fresh cilantro when serving

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 27 oz can whole chiles + 1 small can (If you can't find the 27 oz cans of whole chiles just buy 8 small ones)
- 1 lb monterey jack cheese, grated
- 1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 eggs
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
