Cheesy Potato Fries

Cut potatoes into "steak french fries" size
- Fries:
- 4-6 Potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Sea Salt, Fresh ground pepper, your favorite seasoning salt
- Sour Cream/Ranch Sauce:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup milk
- Toppings:
- 1 cup (or as much as you like) Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup real bacon bits
- 1/4 cup green onions
Pumpkin Roulade with Ginger Buttercream

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- For the cake:
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 extra-large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar, plus extra for dusting
- For the filling:
- 12 ounces Italian mascarpone cheese
- 1 1/4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/4 cup minced (dry) crystallized ginger (not in syrup)
- Pinch of kosher salt
Apple Snack Cake

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray
- 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons bran
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 cups shredded apples
- 1 cup honey
- 3/8 cup safflower oil
- 3/4 cup nuts (optional)
- 2 medium eggs, well beaten
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
Double Chocolate Cookies

Melt chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth
- 1 pound semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Dutch process cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 10 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Decadent (Gluten-Free!) Chocolate Cake

- 1 pound plus 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate, such as Lindt, broken into chunks
- 10 tablespoons (1 1/4 sticks) unsalted butter, cut into pieces, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon gluten-free flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 extra-large eggs, at room temperature, separated
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Vanilla or coffee ice cream, for serving
Pumpkin Pecan Muffins

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons Sugar In The Raw®
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Grilled Asian Chicken

- 4 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbs. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Chinese 5 spice
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed

- Peanut sauce
- Hot sauce
