Brown the ground beef in a large skillet and pour off the fat

  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • Sea salt and ground pepper, to taste
  • 1-2 fresh limes
  • A pinch of sugar, if needed
  • Sliced avocado
  • Sour cream
  • Fresh cilantro or mint, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Melt together the brown sugar, Nutella, honey, butter, and vanilla extract in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until well combined; remove from heat.
  • Combine the oats, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Pour the brown sugar mixture into bowl; stir well to combine. Stir in the nuts. Spoon into the prepared pan; pat down and spread evenly.
  • Bake in preheated oven until browned, 15 to 20 minutes. Mix in chocolate chips & cranberries after removing pan from oven.
