- 1/2 cup Reduced Fat or Light Sour Cream
- 3 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese

- 7 medium red-skinned potatoes, quartered
- 1 sweet potato, peeled and cut into large chunks
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- For the vinaigrette:
- 1 slice bacon, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

- Chicken:
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1/2 C milk
- 3 C cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 t dried parsley
- Sauce:
- 1 14 ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 2 T sour cream
- 2 T butter
Homemade Soft Pretzels

Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and let sit for a few minutes
- 1 &1/4 Cups warm water
- 1 TB. rapid rise yeast (1 package is 21/4 tsp. so you'll need 2 to get 1 TB.)
- 1/4 Cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 Cups bread flour
- 11/2-2 Cups all-purpose flour
- 4 Cups water
- 4 TB. baking soda
- KOSHER-STYLE FLAKE SALT or other seasonings as desired-get creative!
Salsa Roll-Ups

MIX Neufchatel and salsa; spread onto tortillas
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp. TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
- 4 flour tortillas (6 inch)
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
