SAUSAGE STUFFED MUSHROOMS II

can be assembled ahead of time, chilled, then baked before serving
- 3 Italian hot sausages, casings removed
- 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 - 8oz package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 large egg yolk
- Olive Oil
- 24 large mushrooms, stemmed
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
CRANBERRY ORANGE SCONES

In a bowl, combine flour, 7 teaspoons sugar, orange peel, baking powder, salt and baking soda
- For the Scones:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 10 teaspoons sugar, divided
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup cold butter or margarine
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup half-and-half cream
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- For the Glaze:
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 tbsp OJ,
- zest from 1 orange and
- 1 tbsp milk and wisk together
SAUSAGE AND GRUYERE PUFFS

1. Preheat oven to 400F. Place butter and salt in a large saucepan
- 1/4 cup butter cut into pieces
- 1/4 tsp sal, plus more for seasoning
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 tsp fresly grated nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3/4 cup finely grated Gruyere
- 3/4 cup Italian sausage, cooked and cooled
MOCHA PECAN BALLS

1. Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, break up cookie dough
- 1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated sugar cookies
- 1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1 tablespoon instant espresso coffee granules
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 48 milk chocolate candy drops or pieces, unwrapped
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
