Brownie Refrigerator Cake

Mix brownies according to directions
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1 extra large egg
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 (8 oz.) containers whipped topping
- 1 (3 oz.) package instant chocolate pudding
- 1 (3 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 1 Hershey candy bar or chocolate syrup
Eggplant Parmigiana

- 2 eggplants (each about 1 pound), pared and sliced 1/2" thick
- 2 medium-size tomatoes, sliced
- 2 medium-size onions, sliced
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 teaspoon crumbled oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crumbled basil
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- grated Parmesan cheese
Heaven In A Crockpot

Mix it all together. Cook about 3 hours on low
- 1 box Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted.
- 4 eggs
- 1 pouch Betty Crocker chocolate chip cookie mix

Using pie cutter for bottom crust, cut 8 circles from pie crust
- 1 single pie crust
- 2 slices cooked crumbled bacon (reserve 1 tablespoon drippings)
- 3 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/4 cup chopped zucchini
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup half and half
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 to 4 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Black and Tan Chocolate Pumpkin Trifle

1. In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate with 1/2 cup cream over medium low heat, stirring until smooth
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup pure pumpkin puree
- One 7.5 ounce jar of marshmallow cream (such has Marshmallow Fluff)
- Six 1.4 ounce chocolate-covered toffee bars, chopped (like Heath or Skor)
- One and a half 9 ounce boxes chocolate wafer cookies (These cookies are not easy to find. After searching several grocery stores last year, I found them at only one place. The Schnucks in Montvale has them.)
Sante Fe Maker--Sour Cream and Chive Quesadillas

Boil potatoes in salted water until tender
- 2 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- salt
- black pepper
- 4 10-inch flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
Texas Roadhouse Cinnamon Butter

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until mixture is smooth
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk (chilled)
- 1/2 teaspoon corn syrup
- 3/4 to 1 teaspoon cinnamon (to taste)

- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
