Place an oven rack in the middle position and preheat the oven to broil
- Nonstick cooking spray, for the cooling rack
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce, such as Tabasco
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Kosher salt

- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 16 ounces sliced dill pickles

- Coffee cake:
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 3/4 to 3 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar

- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 medium leeks, sliced
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 (14.5-oz.) can chicken broth
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 cups frozen cubed hash browns with onions and peppers
- 1 cup matchstick carrots
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/3 cup plain or Italian-style breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 1 1/2 cups fat-free half-n-half
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning (like OLD BAY brand)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese (2 ounces)
- 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat Swiss cheese (2 ounces)
- 1/2 pound lump crabmeat, picked over (about 1 3/4 cups)

- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 stick butter
- 3 Tablespoon cocoa
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 stick butter
- 3 Tablespoon cocoa
- 6 Tablespoons of cream or milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
