Garlic Butter Orzo

Bring water to a boil and add orzo
- 1 cup orzo
- 3-4 cups water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Trout with Lemon and Herbs

In a large (10- to 12-inch) cast-iron skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 skin-on trout fillets (6 to 8 oz. each)
- Salt and pepper
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 2 small lemons, 1 thinly sliced and 1 juiced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped flat-leaf parsley

- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup bottled lemon pepper marinade (I used Ken’s)
