- 2 teaspoons white pepper

- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce

Baked Whole Artichokes

Preheat the oven to 400°F Wash artichokes under cold water
- Artichokes - 4 Whole
- Parmesan Cheese - 1/2 Cup
- Garlic - 4 Cloves Chopped
- Olive Oil - 4 tbsp
- Lemons - 3

- Pepper - Fresh Cracked, To Taste

Sweet and Sour Stir-Fried with Left Over Chicken

Mix 1/3 c pineapple juice, cornstarch, vinegar, and honey
- 1 can pineapple chunks in juice, drained, with 1/3 cup juice reserved
- 1 T cornstarch
- 3 T white vinegar
- 1 T honey
- Cooking spray
- 2 cups cooked, leftover chicken cut or torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 medium green bell pepper cut into strips
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 2 medium carrots, coarsely shredded

Sweet Hawaiian Mini Burgers

Combine ground beef and Worcestershire Sauce in a medium bowl, mixing lightly but thoroughly
- Sauce:
- 1 lb 95% lean ground beef
- 4 T. Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 Canned Pineapple Slices
- 12 Hawaiian Sweet or Small Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls
- Lettuce
- 1/4 c. Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 c. Pineapple Preserves
- 1 T. Packed Brown Sugar
Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

Add potatoes and stock to the bowl of a slow cooker, and place butter cubes and minced garlic on top
- 3 pounds Yukon Gold or Red potatoes, roughly chopped into 1-inch pieces and peeled if desired (*edited: Russett potatoes tend to oxidize more quickly and turn a bit gray while cooking, so I don't recommend them)
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable stock
- 1/4 cup butter, cut into small cubes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup milk, warmed
- (optional add-ins: crumbled bacon bits, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled blue cheese, chopped green onions or chives, etc.)
Raspberry Coconut Smoothie
