Triple-Berry Spinach Salad

In a large serving bowl, combine the spinach, berries and onion
- DRESSING:
- 1 package (6 ounces) fresh baby spinach
- 1/3 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/3 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons raspberry lemonade concentrate
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Boston Brown Bread

Measure first 5 ingredients into large bowl
- 1 cup Cornmeal
- 1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 3/4 cup Fancy Molasses
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Buttermilk

Grease a 9x13 casserole dish or whichever size will fit your leftovers
- turkey
- gravy
- mashed potatoes (sweet potatoes or regular)
- stuffing
- green been casserole (I just used green beans)
- french fried onions
Old Fashioned Soft Pumpkin Cookies

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease baking sheets
- Glaze:
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1 cup canned 100% pure pumpkin
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Combine 2 cups sifted powdered sugar, 3 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp melted butter and 1 tsp. vanilla in a small bowl until smooth.
