Make-Ahead Unstuffed Shells

Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt
- 4 cups medium pasta shells, uncooked
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1 jar (20 fl oz/650 mL) Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 3/4 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
Glazed Funfetti Rolls

Preheat oven to 350F, line a baking sheet with a Silpat or spray with cooking spray
- one 8-ounce tube refrigerated crescent rolls
- 8 teaspoons rainbow sprinkles (jimmies), divided
- 4 teaspoons rainbow sprinkles (jimmies), divided
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon almond extract, or to taste (vanilla extract may be substituted)
- 1 tablespoon milk or cream, or as needed for consistency (I used cashewmilk)
Peppermint-Dark Chocolate Slice and Bake Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- 1 large egg
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 sticks I Can't Believe It's Not Butter cooking and baking blend, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour*
- 1 cup white whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 4 sugar-free candy canes
- (available at most larger grocery stores; we found it in bulk at Whole Foods)
Banana-Sour Cream Cake

Heat oven to 350°F. Beat first 5 ingredients with mixer until well blended
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
- 3 egg s
- 1 cup mashed fully ripe banana s (about 3)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese , softened
- 1/2 cup butter , softened
- 4 cups icing sugar
- 1 cup walnut pieces , finely chopped
No-Bake Fudgy Coconut Cookies

In a large saucepan, combine the first five ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup white baking chips
- 1 teaspoon shortening
Mini Apple Tarts

- 24 phyllo dough tart shells
- 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 T butter, unsalted
- 4 T brown sugar
- 1/2 c caramel ice cream topping
- 1/2 c whipped cream (optional--nutrition info NOT included)
Potato Skin Bites

Preheat oven to 400°. Slice potatoes into 1/2" coins
- 3 russet potatoes, scrubbed clean
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- Sour cream, for serving
Coach Nicole's Pumpkin & Apple Waffles

Preheat waffle iron. Combine flour, baking powder, nutmeg and cinnamon in a small bowl
- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

- Torani Dark Chocolate Sauce

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 cup shredded carrots
