Slow Cooker Chicken Marsala

Spray 4- to 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 jars (6 oz each) Green Giant® sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 cup sweet Marsala wine or Progresso® chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound total), cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 cup water

- 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained

Chicken Tetrazzini

- 7 ounces uncooked thin spaghetti
- 3 cups chopped cooked rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 (10-ounce) container refrigerated Alfredo sauce
- 1 (3-1/2-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dry sherry or 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Zuchinni Salad
