- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs , quartered

- 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
- 2 cups fresh or frozen vegetables
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup each diced celery and chopped green bell pepper
