In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in milk
- 2 pkg active dry yeast
- 2 cups warm milk
- 6 ½ to 7 cups flour
- 2 eggs. lightly beaten
- ¼ cup butter, melted and cooled
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Oven Baked Ribs

Rinse ribs and pat dry with paper towel
- For Rub:
- 1 rack baby back ribs
- Kosher Salt
- 1/2 cup orange juice (no pulp)
- 1/2 cup prepared Margarita mix
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp espresso powder or instant coffee (freeze-dried)
- 1/2 tsp cayenne powder
- 5 parts brown sugar
- 3 parts chili powder
- 1 part garlic powder
- 1/2 part ground thyme
- 1/4 part cayenne
- 1/4 part allspice
