Less expensive version of jerky made with ground beef or venison
- 1 pound extra lean ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, or to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies

Cream shortening, peanut butter, and sugars
- Filling:
- 1 cup butter-flavoured shortening
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- ¼ tsp. salt

- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 cups icing sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 to 6 tbsp. milk

- 1 x750 millilitre bottle Cabernet Sauvignon
- 1 cup 35% whipping cream
- 1 stick butter (8 tablespoons, 4 ounces or 1/2 cup)
- 6 large baking potatoes, or Yukon Gold, peeled and washed
- Sprinkled sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Tokyo Fried Chicken

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breats, cut into bite-sized pieces
- On 2-inch long chunk ginger
- 1 tbsp soly
- 2 tsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1/2 c potato or corntarch
- 2 cups canola oil for deep-frying
- shiso leaved for garnish

- 2 14-oz cans artichokes, drained and chopped
