1 Season the beef with the garlic powder
- 1 boneless beef bottom round roast or chuck pot roast (2 to 2 1/2 pounds)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. potato, cut into wedges
- 3 cups fresh or frozen whole baby carrots
- 1 medium onion, thickly sliced (about 3/4 cup)
- 2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
- 2 cans (10 1/4 ounces each) Campbell's® Beef Gravy
Carmelized Chicken Wings

1 Preheat oven to 375°F. 2 Place chicken in a 9x13-inch baking dish
- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 cup honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced, to taste
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
Mac & Cheese

1.Preheat oven to 450F (230C)
- Yields: 10-12 servings
- 1 lb (500 g) extra-old cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb (250 g) mozzarella cheese
- 8 thin prosciutto slices (optional)
- 450 -g pkg small pasta, such as penne, macaroni or fusilli
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) butter
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) dry mustard powder or 1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) nutmeg
- Generous pinch of cayenne
- 31/2 cups ((875 mL)) milk, preferably homogenized
- 113 -g pkg creamy goat cheese, crumbled, or 1/2 8-oz (250-g) pkg cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) snipped chives
grilled Peach and Mozzarella Salad

Peal and chop 1 peach. Cut remaining peaches into 1" thick slices (rounds)
- 5 peaches
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 T honey
- 1 t salt
- 1 t lime zest
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 3/4 t ground cumin
- 3/4 t chili powder
- 1 1/2 T tequila (optional)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3/4 lb fresh mozarella cut into 16 slices
- 6 oz baby arugula or spring mix
Low Fat Cinnamon Sour Cream Coffee Cake

- 1 C. fruit-based fat replacement or unsweetened applesauce
- 2 1/2 C. granulated sugar, divided use
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 C. liquid egg substitute
- 3 C. unbleached all purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 C. fat-free dairy sour cream
- 2 Tbs. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 C. chopped walnuts, toasted
Bacon and Hash Brown Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 4 C. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 2 C. sour cream
- 1/2 C. melted butter
- 1 C. chopped onion
- 3 C. crushed cornflakes
- 1 lb. bacon cooked, drained, and crumbled
Butterfinger Pie

Directions: 1 Mix first three ingredients together
- 6 (2 1/8 ounce) butterfinger candy bars, crushed
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (12 ounce) carton Cool Whip
- 1 graham cracker crust
Crockpot Oatmeal

- 2 C. milk
- 1/4 C. brown sugar
- 1 Tbs. melted butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 C. rolled oats
- 1 C. chopped apple
- 1/2 C. raisins
- 1/2 C. chopped walnuts
Roasted Tomato Soup

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
- 2 1/2 * 2 1/2 pounds fresh tomatoes (mix of fresh heirlooms, cherry, vine and plum tomatoes)
- 6 * 6 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 * 2 small yellow onions, sliced
- * Vine cherry tomatoes for garnish, optional
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- * Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 * 1 quart chicken stock
- 2 * 2 bay leaves
- 4 * 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves, optional
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup heavy cream, optional
