Scandinavian almond bars

- ICING:
- Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon 2% milk
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, chopped
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 to 2 tablespoons 2% milk
Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies-King Arthur

- 1 cup (16 tablespoons) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg, at room temperature
- 1 large egg yolk, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt or 3/4 teaspoon regular table salt
- 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Triple Chocolate Caramel Cookies

Love these cookies!
- 1-1/2 cups butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Spice Islands® pure vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 1 package (12 ounces) miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 bottle(12-1/2 ounces) caramel ice cream topping
- 4 to 6 ounces dark chocolate candy coating, melted
Beef Rub

Mix together
- 4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp. pure chile powder
- 1 Tbsp. granulated onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Rib Rub

Rub on ribs and let sit 1 hour
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. coarse black pepper
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
Raspberry Chocolate Smoothie

- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup chocolate syrup

Lemon Butter Spritz cookies

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- 2 cups butter, softened
- 1-1/4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- Grated peel of 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Spice Islands® pure vanilla extract
- 5-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Colored sugar
Chicken Pot Pie

Rinse vegetables in cold water to separate; drain
- One package frozen peas/carrots (10 oz)
- One can sliced potatoes (optional)
- 1/3 cup margarine/butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 3/4 coup chicken broth
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 1/2 -3 cups cut up chicken/turkey
- Pastry for 2-9 inch pie crusts
Ranch Pretzels

mix oil and dressing with pretzels, stir 2-3 times every 20 minutes
- 1 bag pretzels
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 pkg ranch dry drsg.
Spicy Cayenne Marinade

- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp celery seed
