Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and stir in sausage
- 1 (16 ounce) package ground pork sausage
- 1/4 cup butter, or as needed
- 2 (12 ounce) packages English muffins, split
- 10 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 8 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained

- 2 cups diced peeled potatoes
- 1-3/4 cups sliced carrots
- 2/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup butter, cubed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1-3/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen corn
- Pastry for two double-crust pies (9 inches)

- Frosting:
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cup pumpkin
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1 stick oleo

- 2 pounds Tenderized Round Steak Or Cube Steak, Cut Into 1-inch Strips
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- Canola Oil And Butter For Frying

- 2 1/4 cups (11 1/4 ounces) unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 1 1/2 cups (10 1/2 ounces) sugar, plus 1/3 cup for rolling
- 2 ounces cream cheese, cut into 8 pieces
- 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, melted and still warm
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil

1. Stir boiling juice into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved
- 4 1/2 cups boiling DOLE 100% Orange Peach Mango Juice
- 4 pkg. (4 serving size each or 2 pkg. 8-serving size each) Jell-o brand Raspberry flavor gelatin or any red flavor
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream (2 cups) softened
- 1 tub (12 oz.) COOL WHIP whipped topping, thawed
Poppy Seed Dressing

- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 pt. oil
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 2 tsp. poppy seed
Maple Cashew Mini Tarts

- 1 cup salted cashews

- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup (do not use maple flavored pancake syrup) divided
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

- 1 pkg refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts), softened according to package directions.
