Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls

A great fall breakfast
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 pkg. yeast
Peanut butter truffle Brownies

- Brownie Base:
- 1 box (1 lb. 6.5 oz) Betty Crocker Original Supreme Brownie Mix
- Water
- Vegetable Oil
- Eggs
- Called for on the brownie mix box…
- Filling:
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. milk
- Topping:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup butter
Mixed Nut Brittle

In a large heavy saucepan, combine the sugar, corn syrup and water
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup water
- 4 cups mixed nuts
- 2 teaspoons plus 2 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 teaspoon Spice Islands® pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Cucumber Sandwiches

Combine cream cheese, butter and dressing mix
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 pkg. Good Seasons mild Italian dressing (dry)
- 1 (8 oz.) loaf party rye bread
- 2 cucumbers, unpeeled & thinly sliced
- Dill weed for garnish
Bourbon Marinade

Whisk ingredients together
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Zucchini Bread

Mix well and pour into 2 greased loaf pans
- Beat:
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 Tbsp + cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- Can add Toffee bits or milk chocolate chocolate chips for a different flavor...
White Lightning Chicken Chili

Serve with: taco cheese, sour cream, lime chips (optional) Optional: Add 1-2 fresh chili peppers – add sparing
- 4 chicken breasts (cooked, cubed, salt and pepper, 1 tsp. fresh garlic)
- 1 package “Tortilla Bear Creek” dry soup
- 2 boxes ready to pour chicken broth
- 1 large can tomato puree
- 1-bunch scallion onions (chopped small)
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped
- 4 cans dice tomatoes
- 4-6 cans of beans (pinto, black, northern, etc…)
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Amish Friendship Bread

Impt. notes: Do not use any type of metal spoon or bowl for mix
- Starter bag:
- Day 1: do nothing this is the day you receive the batter. Go by date on bag.
- Day 2: Mash bag
- Day 3: Mash the bag
- Day 4: Mash the bag
- Day 5: Mash the bag
- Day 6: Add to bag: 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk. Then mash bag.
- Day 7: Mash the bag
- Day 8: Mash the bag
- Day9: Mash the bag
- Day 10: Following following directions
- 1 . pour contents of bag into a non metal bowl
- 2 add 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar adn 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 . Measure out 4 separate batters of 1 cup each into 1 gallon Bags. Keep a starter for yourself and give 3 friends a bag with a copy of the recipe. Date bag its helpful.
- 4 . Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Add following ingredients to your batter...
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 large box of vanilla pudding

Line a 13-in. x 9-in. pan with foil; butter the foil with 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 cup butter, softened, divided
- 1-1/2 cups coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons Spice Islands® pure vanilla extract
