Cookie Dough Truffles

In a large bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Spice Islands® pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1-1/2 pounds dark chocolate candy coating, coarsely chopped
Pacific Rum Marinade

In a medium bowl, whisk the ingredients until the sugar is dissolved
- 1 small yellow onion, roughly chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Pie

Preheat oven to 350°. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and sugar
- Crust for single crust pie:
- 1 9-inch deep-dish pie shell, unbaked (see our favorite recipe below)
- 1/2 Cup flour
- 1 Cup sugar
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 Cup butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1 Cup quick oats or oatmeal (or 1/2 cup oats and 1/2 cup chopped nuts, if you prefer)
- 1 Cup chocolate chips (Stephanie prefers mini chips)
- 1 tsp. PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
- 1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
- 1 Cup flour
- pinch salt
- pinch sugar
- 2 TB milk
Freezer Pickles

A good way to save those cucumbers from the garden
- 8 cups sliced cucumbers
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 1 1/2 cups sliced green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- let stand for 2 hours, drain
- syrup
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 cups vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
Peppermint candy

In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips with 3/4 cup condensed milk over low heat, stirring occasionally
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk, divided
- 1 cup white baking chips
- 3 teaspoons peppermint extract
- 2 to 3 drops green food coloring
Pizza Pie
