Mix Together. *but really
- One package crumbled feta cheese or the block of feta
- 2 garlic cloves (pressed)
- Clump of cilantro chopped
- Clump of green onions chopped
- 3 peppers chopped
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 can of garbanzo beans (optional, good for you so I throw them in)
- 1 shoe peg corn (frozen department) I have seen canned if you can't find it
- 2 cans petite diced tomatoes
- 1 or 2 cucumbers seeded and chopped
- 1 lime squeezed
Sausage Bread

- 1 loaf Rhodes frozen bread dough
- 3/4-1 pound Italian sausage, bulk
- 1 lb (4 cups) mozzarella cheese

- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 cup butter/margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract (I use butter)
Rustic Sourdough Bread

1) Combine all of the ingredients, kneading to form a smooth dough
- 1 cup "fed" sourdough starter: 1
- 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water: 1
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast: 1
- 1 tablespoon sugar: 1
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt: 1
- 5 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour: 1
Ham Loaf

a yummy recipe. I like using heyerly's ham loaf but have used manleys
- 1-2 pounds ham loaf
- Baste: 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard

- One box of any noodles (16 ounces)
- One large can of Ragu
- One pound hamburger browned/drained
- 1/2 pkg. Smoky links
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperoni
- 2 cup mozzarella cheese
Pomegranate Quinoa Pilaf

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup diagonally sliced scallions
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Original Chex Party Mix

1. In large microwave bowl, mix cereals, nuts, pretzels and bagel chips; set aside
- 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
- 3 cups Rice cereal
- 3 cups wheat chex ceral
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1 cup bite size pretzels
- 1 cup garlic flavor bite size bagel chips
- 6 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
Caribbean Rub

- 1 Tbsp. granulated garlic
- 1 Tbsp. dried thyme
- 2 1/4 tsp. kosher salt

Smoked Sausage and Cheesy Rice Casserole

Preheat oven to 375° F. Lightly butter a 9x9x2
- 1 package (16 oz.) Eckrich® Smoked Sausage, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 2 cups cooked instant or microwaveable rice
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 1 cup frozen peas (thawed & drained)
- 16 oz. processed cheese sauce
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
