Ingredients
- 1 loaf Rhodes frozen bread dough
- 3/4-1 pound Italian sausage, bulk
- 1 lb (4 cups) mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Let bread rise according to directions on package. Fry sausage, crumble and drain well. After bread has risen punch down and roll out approximately 1/4" thick. Sprinkle sausage over the rolled out dough. Next sprinkle on shredded cheese. Roll dough up like for cinnamon rolls. Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes. Take from oven, brush with butter and bake for additional
10 minutes. Serve with pizza sauce.
