Combine first 2 ingredients, mix well

  • 1 lb mild bulk pork sausage
  • 1 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained.

  • 3/4 lb lean ground beef
  • 3 T minced green onion
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/4 t ground ginger
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 2 T vegetable oil
  • 1 small green pepper, cut in thin strips
  • 1 cup cooked sliced carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 1/2 T vinegar
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 T sugar
  • Hot cooked rice

  • 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite size cubes and seared til golden brown
  • 1/2 lb smoked ham, cubed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 T paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
  • 1 t ground dried thyme
  • 1 1/2 lb shrimp
  • 1 T file powder
