Pies: Chocolate Brownie Pie

Melt margarine with baknig cocoa in saucepan Stir until well blended Remove from heat Stir in sugar, flour, eggs
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 3 T baking cocoa
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked 9 " pie shell

Mix first three items. Press in 9x13" pan
- 1 cup flour
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 large cream cheese
- 1 large cool whip
- 2 small packages (3.2 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
- 3 cups milk
Vegetables: Roasted turnips, sweet potatoes, apples and dried cranberries

Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow 2 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray
- 3 cups (1/2") cubes peeled turnips (about 1 1 1/4 lbs)
- 3 cups (1/2") cubes peeled sweet potatoes (about 1 1/4 lbs)
- 2 1/2 cups (1/4") cubed Granny Smith apple (about 1 1/2 lbs)
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 T butter cut into small pieces

- 4 oz mozzarella cheese
- 6 oz sausage, cooked and drained
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 t salt

Grease cup cake papers Put batter in them and pop in oven for fifteen minutes at 375 degrees Topping Ice cupcakes
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Gifted flour into batter and stir until partly thick
- 1 capful maple flavoring
- Topping
- Put the white of the egg with a little milk and sugar, beat well
