- 2 large egg whites
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 6 oz (2/3 cup) beer
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp table salt
- 2 cups sweetened coconut flakes
- 24 large shrimp, peeled and deveined (leave tails on)

- 2/3 c. (65 gms) toasted nuts (pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts)

These are healthy homemade cranberry scones
- 2 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup liquid egg whites
- 3/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup granulated splenda
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup dark-chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg
Best of Bridge Bean Soup

Your next family favorite! The very thing for a cold winter's night
- 1 lb. hot italian sausage meat
- 2 smoked pork hocks or 2-3 cups cubed ham
- 3 medium potatoes (I use pasta instead of the potatoes)
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 3 celery stalks with leaves, chopped
- 5 carrots, peeled and diced
- 1 green pepper, seeded and choped
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley or 2 tbsp. dried
- 2 - 14 oz. cans kidney beans
- 14 oz. can tomato sauce
- 28 oz. can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 - 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed

This is a great make ahead salad for a large crowd
- Mix dressing:
- 1 medium head of iceberg lettuce, shredded. Place in 9" x 13" Pyrex dish.
- Sprinkel with
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
- few slices of mushrooms
- cover with frozen peas
- 1 1/2 cups of mayonnaise
- salt, pepper, garlic powder

- 3/4 cups coarsely chopped pecans
- 3/4 cups coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 (3 1/2-ounce) can flaked coconut (1 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (meat only)1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1/4 cups vegetable oil
