- 1 can 15-ounces Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 8 ounces, weight Egg Noodles
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1-1/4 cup Small Curd Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 cups Sliced Green Onions (less To Taste)
- 1 cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese

In a slow cooker, mix together all ingredients except for the rice and shrimp
- 1 lb chicken breast halves cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 lb andoille sausage, sliced
- 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1 28oz can diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 teaspoons Cajun or Creole seasoning
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 lb medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
