- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 3 TBLSPs Oil
- 1 med onion chopped
- 1 med green pepper cut into strips
- 1 TBLSP Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 TBLSPs vinegar
- 2 TBLSPs Worcestershire sauce

Traditional Jewish cookies remind us of roly-polies we used to make with leftover pie dough when we were kids
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 packages (3 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 2 3/4 cups unsifted all purpose flour

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup seedless raisins, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

- 2 medium red or yellow bell peppers, cut into chunks.n Orange peppers work well too
- 16 oz shredded cheese - Cheddar or Cheddar and chipolte
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 cups broccoli florets, cooked crisp-tender, drained
- Cooked rice or noodles (optional) or
