Basic White Bread Machine Bread

Add all ingredients into bread machine starting with the wet ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 3 tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 3 tbsp. Butter
- 2 Packages Active Dry Yeast
- 1 1/2 Cups Warm Water
- 5-6 Cups All Purpose Flour
PB and J Crepes

In a blender, combine the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, and salt
- 4 eggs, at room temperature
- 1 cup whole milk, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into 12 cubes
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup strawberry or raspberry jam
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) fresh blueberries
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
5 minute Chocolate Mug Cake

Add dry ingredients to mug and mix
- 4 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp chocolate chips
- small splash of vanilla
- 1 large coffee mug
Smores Lava Cake

preheat oven to 425. Grease 4 custard cups, then coat with sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 lrg eggs plus 2 yolks at room temp
- 1 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 2/3 cup marshmallow cream
- 1 graham cracker sheet finely chopped
Frosted Sour Cream and Chocolate drops

In a large mixing bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds
- Chocolate Butter Frosting:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1 large egg
- 2 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Classic Fudgy Brownies

Preheat the oven to 350°F and position an oven rack in the center
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into ½-inch pieces
- 4 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- ½ cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips or chunks (optional)
- ½ cup chopped nuts of your choice, toasted and cooled (optional)

Preheat oven to 400. Coat 10 standard muffin cups with cooking spray, set aside
- 1 pkg buttermilk biscuit dough
- 2 tbsps mayo
- 1 tbsp plus 1 1/2 tsp honey mustard
- 12 ham cubes
- 36 cheddar cheese cubes
Avocado Quesadilla's

1. Get out 1 tortilla on a work surface
- 4 soft flour or corn tortillas
- 4 oz. Manchego cheese, sliced
- 1 avocado, pitted, peeled, and cut into chunks
- 16 canned or jarred Jalapeño slices
Honey Vanilla Fromage Blanc

Stir the fromage blanc, cream, honey, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and vanilla seeds together in a medium bowl
- To assemble, choose from:
- 32 ounces fromage blanc
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup good honey
- 4 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
- Vanilla seeds scraped from 1 vanilla bean
- Ripe stone fruit such as peaches, nectarines, plums
- Berries such as raspberries and strawberries
- Citrus fruit such as oranges, cut in segments
- Raspberry Sauce
Zucchini Vichyssoise

Heat the butter and oil in a large stockpot, add the leeks, and saute over medium-low heat for 5 minutes
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon good olive oil
- 5 cups chopped leeks, white and light green parts (4 to 8 leeks)
- 4 cups chopped unpeeled white boiling potatoes (8 small)
- 3 cups chopped zucchini (2 zucchini)
- 1 1/2 quarts Homemade Chicken Stock, recipe follows, or canned broth
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- Fresh chives or julienned zucchini, for garnish
