Blend flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and salt together
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp milk
Roast Chicken with Boursin Cheese

Roast Chicken with Boursin cheese under skin to make it crispy
- Cavity:
- Salt and pepper
- Herbs Thyme and Basil
- Onion quartered
- Lemon Juice and put in Lemon
- Boursin Cheese under the skin stuff pocket, press down to spread.

Arrange 1-1 1/2 cans of crescent rolls on a cookie sheet
- 2-3 cans of Crescent Rolls
- 1 small jar of Pizza Sauce
- 1 small package of Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 small bottle of Catalina Dressing (optional - gives it a little spice)
- Other pizza toppings such as mushrooms, ham, sausage, bacon, etc are optional.

- 8 cups popped popcorn
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 cup brown or white sugar or mix both
- 1 pkg (4 serving size) any flavour Jello gelatin
