Preheat overn to 325 Combine all of the ingredients into a large bowl of a stand mixer
- 4 cups quick oats
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups almond butter,peanut butter or sunflower seed butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 cup apple butter
- 2 large bananas mashed
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup shelled pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup rasins
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed or hemp

- 2 large eggs lightly beaten
- 4 Tbsp Flour
- 1 small sweet onion coarsely grated
- 2 thick slices deli ham chopped into small bits(1 cup)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or 1/2 & 1/2 cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1 dozen eggs, scrambled
- chives for garnish
Beef Stew

Combine all ingredients into slow cooker on low and simmer for about 8 hours
- 1-1/2 lbs stewing meat trimmed and cut into small cubes
- 2-3 garlic cloves minced
- 5 carrots peeled and chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 sweet potato peeled and cubed
- 2-3 potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1 onion chopped
- 2-3 stalks celery chopped
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 2-3 cups low sodium beef broth
- 1/2 cup red wine
- salt and pepper

Heat a large saucepan over medium
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Italian sausage
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 leek(white parts only), sliced
- 3 carrots, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 156ml can tomato paste
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp salt
- 8 cups chopped kale leaves, about one bunch
- 540 ml can lentils, rinsed and drained

- 2-3 Shallots sliced

- 1 Large package Fresh Mussels(Costco)
Homemade Granola Coins

Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, whisk egg with maple syrup and oil

Cranberry and Cilantro Quinoa Salad

- 3 cups water
- 2 cups uncooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 2 small red onions chopped
- 3 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 limes
- 1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds
- 1 cup minced carrots

Grease a bundt pan and add frozen rolls
- 20 Frozen Dough Rolls
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup vanilla instant pudding
- 1-2 Tbsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/4-1/2 cup melted butter
Oriental Beef Dinner

Slice steak into narrow strips and brown
- 1-1 1/2 lb round steak
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 can consomme soup
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup canned tomatoes
- 2 green peppers cut into stripes
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp water
- 4 green onions
- 1 can mushrooms
Slow Poke Jambalaya

- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
- 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tsp chopped fresh oregano leaves
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup asusage chopped
- 1 cup chicken breast skinned boned and chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 lb cooked shelled shrimp
- 1 cup cooked rice
