Shrimp, Avocado and Grapefruit Salad

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat
- 2 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 12 ounces peeled and deveined medium shrimp
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 grapefruit
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp chopped shallots
- 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 peeled avocado cut into 12 wedges
No Sugar Cookies

Mix all ingrediants together and bake at 350 for 15-20 min
- 3 mashed bananas ripe
- 1/3 cup apple sauce
- 2 cups oats
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Roasted Garlic Balsamic Steak Sauce

A sweet substitute for traditional steak sauce
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp minced shallots
- 3 large plum tomatoes,cored,quartered
- 1/4 cup roasted garlic paste from jar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 Tbsp apple jelly or red currant jelly
- 1 1/2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tsp or more fine sea salt
- 3/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp or more freshly ground black pepper
Chocolate Drizzled Trail Mix

Mix together the nuts, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, raisins and dried cranberries
- 3 cups of nuts
- 1/2 cup Sunflower Seed
- 1/2 cup Coconut Flakes
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or cherries
- 1 cup chocolate chips

Chewy Molasses Spice Cookies

In a large bowl cream butter and sugar
- 1-1/2 cup butter softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup molasses(original not blackstrap)
- 4 cups flour
- 4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- additional sugar for rolling cookies
Tuna Kebabs with Ginger-Chile Marinade

Whisk first 8 ingredients in medium bowl to blend; season to taste with ground white pepper
- 3 Tbsp unseasoned rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp finely grated peeled fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp Asian sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 serrano chile, seeded, minced
- Freshly ground white pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds 1 1/4 inch-thick ahi tuna,
- cut into 1- to 1 1/4 inch cubes,
- Nonstick vegetable oil spray
- 1 large red bell pepper,cut into 1- inch squares
- 1 large sweet onion(such as Maui or Vidalia), cut into 1-inch squares
- 6 12-inch-long metal skewers
- Additional chopped fresh cilantro

- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1 (10oz) bag of mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup yellow cake mix(the dry mix)
- 5 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 container of sprinkles

Preheat oven to 350 Melt butter in a large stockpot over med heat
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 2/3 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 (8-ounce) packages presliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 2/3 cup flour
- 3 (14.5 oz) cans chicken broth
- 2 1/4 cups grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 7 cups hot cooked vermicelli(about 1 lb uncooked)
- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts

- 2 Bay leaves
