- 3 packages cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 package mini paper liners

- 2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup salted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Brown Sugar Chocolate Shortbread Dipped in White Chocolate

Cream butter and sugar together until light, about 5 minutes
- Topping:
- 1 cup (250 mL) salted butter
- ¾ cup (175 mL) brown sugar
- 1 ¾ cup (425 mL) all-purpose flour
- ½ cup (125 mL) cocoa
- 8 oz (250 g) chopped white chocolate, melted
Butternut Squash Soup

Melt Butter in thick-bottomed soup pot medium heat
- 3 oz. butter
- 2 1/2 lb. butternut squash washed, peeled and seeded cut into 1/2” pieces (6 cups)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 cups onions finely diced
- 4 MacIntosh apples cut into 1/2” pieces
- 1 cup apple juice
- 8 cup vegetable stock
- 1 cup whipping cream (optional)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
