- ½ baking soda 2 egg whites
- 1 t. baking powder 1 T. almond or vanilla extract
- ¼ t. salt
- 1 t. cinnamon 1-1/4 c. dried sweetened cranberries

- 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. sliced almonds

- Marinate chicken breast 1/2 hour to overnight in

Betty Dee's Lasagna

Brown beef slowly, spoon off excess grease; add next 4 ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 #2-1/2 can tomatoes (3-1/2 cups)
- 1 8-oz can tomato sauce
- 1-2 pkgs. of spaghetti sauce mix
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 6-7 noodles (about 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles)
- 6 or 8 oz. mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cream style cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Chicken Vegetable Wraps

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- 1 green zucchini (sliced, then chopped)
- 1 yellow zucchini (sliced, then chopped)
- 1/3 c. chopped yellow onion
- 1 red pepper, chopped (I actually use about 1/2)
- 2 T. oil (or until it looks like the right amount)
- 1 c. light sour cream
- 1 T. rice vinegar for sour cream mixture
- 1 T. chives
- 2 T. rice vinegar for chicken/vegetable mixture.
