Herbed Cream Cheese Spread

Mix basil, lemon peel & pepper on shallow plate till well blended
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Basil, finely chopped
- Grated Peel of 1 Lemon
- 1/2 tsp. Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 Pkg. ( 250 g ) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Deli Ham, chopped ( 1 slice )
Molten Spiced Chocolate Cabernet Cakes

Butter 4 ( 6 0z. ) custard cups or souffle dishes
- 4 oz. Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
- 1/2 C. ( 1 Stick ) Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Cabernet Sauvignon or other Wine
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 C. Confectioners' Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 6 Tbsp. Flour

- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 3 Lg. Onions, sliced
- 1 tsp. Herbes De Provence
- Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1 Can Store Bought Pizza Dough
- 1 C. Crumbled Goat Cheese
- 4 Slices Prosciutto, torn into sm. pieces
- 2 Tbsp. Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley, chopped
Warm Potato Salad

Heat oven to 375. Cut potatoes in half, season with salt & pepper, drizzle with olive oil & roast for 15 min
- 1 Bag Baby Potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/3 C. Mayonnaise
- 1/3 C. Sour Cream
- 2 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Dill, chopped
- Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Melted Garlic Butter
- 6 Strips Bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 3/4 C. Fresh Corn (approx. 2 cobs)
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Chives, chopped

- 1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes

- 3 C. ( 1-in. ) Sliced Asparagus
- 1 ( 9 oz. ) Pkg. Linguine
- 8 Bacon Slices, uncooked
- 1 C. Onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. Bottled Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp. Dried Oregano
- 2 C. Grape or Cherry Tomatoes
- 3/4 C. Chicken Broth
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice

Rainbow Trout With Dijon Mayonnaise
