Beef Crostini With Pesto Mayonnaise

- 1 Pkg. ( 250g ) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 C. Peanut Butter
- 1/2 C. Sugar
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- 3 C. Thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided
- 2 Squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
Crispy Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

Preheat oven to 400. Wrap 2 asparagus spears with a slice of prosciutto
- 1 lb. Asparagus, tough ends trimmed & discarded
- 8 oz. Prosciutto, very thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/2 C. Philadelphia Cooking Creme (Italian Cheese & Herbs)*
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- You may substitute 1/4 C. Philadelphia Cream Cheese mixed with 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise & 2 Tbsp. Water with your favorite chopped fresh herbs in place of the cooking creme.
Zesty Braised Chicken With Lemon & Capers

- 8 Bone-in Chicken Thighs with Skin
- Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- All-Purpose Flour, for dusting
- 2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 Lg. Peeled Garlic Cloves
- 11/2 C. Sauvignon Blanc
- 11/2 C. Chicken Stock
- 4 1-in. strips of Lemon Zest

Roast Beef w/Spicy Parsley Tomato Sauce
