- Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups bran
- 1 cup buttermilk *
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 2/3 cup brown sugar(packed)
- 1 cup white flour
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- or *use a 1/4 cup Bulk Barn Buttermilk powder and 1 cup of water

- 1 large can diced tomatoes (796ml)
- 1 can tomato sauce (398ml)
- 2 tsp chili powder

- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 can dark red kidney beans (540ml)

* Place all ingredients in a medium sauce pan * Cook over medium high heat til it begins to thicken
