- Single Recipe:
- 1 cup very strong coffee
- 1 tbsp. gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup sugar

No-Crust Coconut Pie

This dessert pie makes its own crust
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Pinch of nutmeg

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 cups milk (scant)
- 3 eggs, separated
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 baked pie shell
Self-Frosting Lemon Pie

Mix the flour and sugar; add the lemon juice, rind and egg yolk
- Juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg, separated
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp. melted btter
- Pastry for single-crust, 9" pie
Apple Crisp (Good)

- 4 cups sliced apples
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 14 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/3 cup margarine
Magic Cookie Bars

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/3 cups chopped pecans
- 1 1/3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
Mocha Nut Ball Cookies

Make into balls. Bake at 325 deg
- 1 cup butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 2 cups chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. instant coffee

- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 cups grated carrots
