Macaroni and Cheese with Broccoli

- 1 package macaroni and cheese mix
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups leftover broccoli florets
Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt (or 1 teaspoon regular table salt)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons dark corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon light cream or whole milk
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped toasted walnuts or pecans
Raspberry Vinaigrette

- 1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 1 * 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 * 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 * 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 * 2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
- 1-1/2 * 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- * Hot cooked pasta, optional

- 1 * 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of broccoli soup, undiluted
- 1 * 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 * 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 * 1/8 teaspoon pepper
