Walper Spinach Salad

- 2 lbs. spinach, washed and torn
- 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp grated onion
- pinch dry mustard
- 2 tbsp sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Pork and Veggie Kabobs

In a small bowl, whisk oil, garlic and lemon zest and juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/4 thic-cut boneless pork chop (about 3/4 pound) 3/4 to 1 inch thick, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 medium size summer squash, cut into 1/2 inch slices

German Potato Salad

Cook potatoes until just tender (10 minutes)
- 6 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup sour pickles, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
